Mock Trail

Plessy v. Ferguson

I thought that the mock trail of Plessy v. Ferguson both side had really strong arguments and made it hard to make a decision. I thought that the Plessy side had some really good arguments, but I thought that the Ferguson side had the better and the slightly stronger arguments so I believe that Ferguson should have won the case. The judge choose in favor of Plessy which was crazy and made me kinda upset, and a lot of people were outraged.
